After this time, door codes will be deactivated, and access to the building and your room will no longer be possible.

 

When checking out, kindly hang the sign “Room is vacated” on your door handle.

Guests are welcome to park in the lot behind the hotel. Parking is free, depending on availability.
Please use only those spaces that do not have another vehicle’s license plate number displayed – just the numbered spaces. If no spaces are available in the lot, a paid parkinghouse is located behind the building.
The rate is €7.00 for 24 hours.

 

If you haven’t completed online check-in, please fill in the registration card located on the desk in your room.
No need to worry about data security – our housekeeping team will collect the card after your departure and deliver it to us securely.

 

If you’re planning a longer stay, feel free to book via Booking.com or directly through our website.
Let us know once you’ve made a new reservation – if available, we’ll be happy to arrange for you to stay in the same room.

 

With your access code, you can enter the gym and laundry room on the 1st floor.
These facilities are included in your stay – enjoy them at your convenience!

 

Utility cupboards are located on the 2nd, 4th, and 6th floors, accessible by elevator.
There you’ll find irons and ironing boards available for all guests.

 

On the ground floor, guests can enjoy a game of Table football. You’ll also find a coffee machine and a snack vending machine in the lobby
Perfect for a quick treat or boost!

 

The white temperature control panel on your wall is for heating only.
To cool the room, use the black control panel – simply press the power button and adjust the temperature using the “+” and “–” buttons on the screen.

Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors at Hugo Apartment Hotel.
A €100 fine will be applied for violations.
